The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation in the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. Each shelf's four corners are lapped and welded to ensure additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to maintain structural integrity along the entire length of the box. The box profile height measures 1-1/4 inches, and all box shelves are designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with pre-punched holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. The BOXER™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
