The shelving kit includes shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in both the front and back of the shelf, along with formed channels on both ends for added stability. Each shelf's four corners are lapped and welded to enhance strength, with the box formation welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity along the entire length. The box profile height of all shelves measures 1-1/4 inches, and they are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with pre-punched holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. The Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
