The shelves are constructed from 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, along with formed channels on both ends for added structural integrity. Each shelf's corners are lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the overall integrity of the shelf. With a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches, these box shelves can accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the uprights, and they are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
