The shelf is constructed from cold rolled steel with "triple bends" on all four sides for maximum strength, and features a rust-resistant phosphatized cleaning that enhances paint adhesion and durability, finished with a baked-on gray enamel coating. Assembly is simplified with clip-type compression clips that snap quickly into offset angle posts, which support heavy loads and allow for independent shelf adjustment, with normal shelf loading increasing the locking action. Closed units include back and end panels for added stability. Starter units come with two sway braces, while add-on units include one sway brace, ensuring secure and durable shelving configurations.
