The offset angle post is designed to support heavy loads and accommodate compression clips, while the sturdy formed shelf is made from cold rolled steel and includes "triple bends" on all four sides for incomparable strength. The units are treated with a rust-resistant phosphatized cleaning for better paint adhesion and durability, and the baked-on gray enamel finish adds to their longevity. The compression clip rapidly snaps into the post, allowing for independent adjustment of shelves, with normal shelf loading increasing the locking action. Closed units are equipped with back and end panels, and starter units include 2 sway braces, whereas add-on units come with 1 sway brace. It is important to note that this add-on unit cannot be used as a standalone shelving unit.
