Each sturdy formed shelf is constructed from cold rolled steel with "triple bends" on all four sides, enhancing durability and strength. The rust-resistant phosphatized coating promotes better paint adhesion, complemented by a baked-on gray enamel finish for added protection. Compression clips allow for rapid shelf adjustments, improving loading stability as the locking action increases with normal usage. Closed units come equipped with back and end panels, and starter units include 2 sway braces while add-on units come with 1 sway brace.
