These rugged and dependable Klip-It™ steel shelving units deliver real supporting strength for various storage applications. The kit includes a sturdy formed shelf made from cold rolled steel featuring "triple bends" on all four sides for incomparable strength, along with a rust-resistant phosphatized coating for better paint adhesion and durability, and a baked-on gray enamel finish. The clip-type assembly allows for quick installation, while the offset angle posts support heavy loads and accommodate compression clips. The compression clip rapidly snaps into the post, enabling independent adjustment of shelves, and normal shelf loading increases the locking action. Closed units come with back and end panels, with starter units including 2 sway braces and add-on units containing 1 sway brace. Note that this add-on unit cannot be used as a standalone shelving unit.
