The clip-type assembly saves time, while the offset angle posts support heavy loads and accommodate compression clips. The sturdy formed shelf is made from cold rolled steel and includes "triple bends" on all four sides for incomparable strength. These shelving units feature a rust-resistant phosphatized coating for better paint adhesion and durability, complemented by a baked-on gray enamel finish. The compression clip rapidly snaps into the post, allowing for independent adjustment of shelves, with normal shelf loading increasing the locking action. Closed units include back and end panels, with starter units provided with 2 sway braces and add-on units equipped with 1 sway brace.
