Purchase order forms feature a vertical format with space for 12 entries. The three-part forms offer ruled space to fill in vital information and item descriptions. The paper sequence is original in white, duplicate in canary, and triplicate in pink. These carbonless forms are consecutively numbered and come in a conveniently sized manifold book with a flexible cover. The book contains 50 sets, and each detached form measures 5-1/2" x 7-7/8".
