The Wirebound Manifold Book with a flexible cover includes carbonless receipt forms that are consecutively numbered in red, with duplicates featuring black print. The security screen is designed to prevent alterations on the three-part forms, which consist of originals in white, duplicates in yellow, and triplicates in pink. Each page contains four forms, and each form is equipped with designated spaces for the date, payment amount, name of payer, payer's address, item description, and recipient name. Additionally, a chart along the bottom provides a breakdown of the payment and includes boxes for filling in the amount of account, amount paid, balance due, and payment method, complete with preprinted boxes for cash, check, and money order.
