Carbonless sales forms provide an efficient solution for recording essential information with designated spaces for the customer's name, address, date, seller, method of payment, and details for up to 12 items including their quantity, description, and cost. Additionally, there are fields for the customer's order number and recipient of the merchandise. The unique design ensures that writing is transferred from the original to the two copies. These two-part forms are consecutively numbered and are packaged in a manifold book with a flexible cover. The paper sequence consists of originals in white and duplicates in yellow.
