Shurtape® GS 521 high performance reinforced strapping tape measures 2" x 60 yds and has a thickness of 6.3 mil, with 24 rolls per case. This high performance grade fiberglass reinforced strapping tape is designed for heavy duty applications including closing, strapping, packaging, bundling, unitizing, palletizing, and L-clip tasks. It offers high tensile strength, good adhesion, quick stick properties, and shock resistance to withstand the demands of the distribution network. The tape is also moisture and solvent-resistant, ensuring durability as it will not delaminate, split, or crack. It complies with applicable standards including ASTM D 5330, Type II, FDA indirect contact CFR 21, 175.105, and FDA indirect contact CFR 21, 177.1520.
