This hollow metal steel door includes a honeycomb core, providing a 3-hour fire rating and a robust 16 gauge construction. It is designed with a cylindrical lock prep and thermal insulation with a U factor of 0.41, making it non-handed for versatile installation. The door comes with closer reinforcement and specific hinge locations from the top of the door at 7-3/8", 37-5/16", and 67-1/4". Additionally, the lock prep location from the top of the door is at 38-7/16".
