The Aquatuff™ 35135 series with Bell Surface Wrap&Stow™ probe is designed for precision in temperature measurement. This kit includes a Bell Surface probe, which is specifically engineered for measuring temperatures on flat surfaces, ensuring superior contact through its self-orienting design. It is particularly suited for applications involving griddles and platens. For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to apply a small drop of oil or grease to aid in heat transfer to the Bell sensor. The temperature range of the probe is from -100° to 500°F (-73 to 260°C), and it boasts an accuracy of 0.5°F across the entire range when operating within an ambient temperature range of 68°F to 86°F.
