Dip tanks are designed for cleaning parts and subassemblies where the volume of work does not justify the use of a larger rinse tank. These tanks are portable, allowing them to adapt to changing production needs. They feature manually operated covers that remain open for easy access, and the covers are equipped with a self-closing mechanism and a fusible link that melts at 165°F to securely close the cover in the event of a fire. Made from 24-gauge coated steel, the tanks are finished with a durable powder coat paint for extended longevity. Additionally, the dip tanks include a polyethylene liner, providing exceptional chemical resistance that allows for compatibility with harsh and corrosive chemicals commonly found in laboratory and industrial settings.
