Dip tanks are designed for cleaning parts and subassemblies when the work volume does not require a larger rinse tank. They are easily movable to accommodate changing production needs and feature manually operated covers that stay open for convenient access. These covers include a self-closing mechanism with a fusible link that melts at 165° F to snap the cover shut in case of fire. Constructed from 24-gauge coated steel, the tanks are finished with a durable powder coat paint for long-lasting use. Dip tanks with polyethylene liners provide excellent chemical resistance, allowing the use of harsh, corrosive chemicals commonly found in laboratory and industrial settings. The liners are easy to clean or replace as needed. An interior basket, which is not included, is sold separately.
