Dip tanks are designed for cleaning parts and subassemblies where the volume of work does not justify a larger rinse tank and can be easily relocated to meet changing production needs. The tanks feature manually operated covers that remain open for easy access and are equipped with a self-closing mechanism and fusible link that melts at 165° F, ensuring the cover snaps shut in the event of a fire. Constructed from durable 24-gauge coated steel, the tanks are finished with a resilient powder coat paint for extended durability. Those with a polyethylene liner provide excellent chemical resistance, making them suitable for use with harsh, corrosive chemicals often found in laboratory and industrial settings. The included basket measures 4-12" H x 14-3/4" in diameter.
