Dip tanks are designed for cleaning parts and subassemblies when the volume of work does not require a larger rinse tank, offering easy mobility to accommodate changing production needs. Each dip tank features a manually operated cover that remains open for convenient access and is equipped with a self-closing mechanism and a fusible link that melts at 165°F to automatically snap the cover shut in case of fire. The tanks are constructed from 24-gauge coated steel and finished with a durable powder coat paint for extended use. Versions with a polyethylene liner provide exceptional chemical resistance, allowing for use with harsh, corrosive chemicals commonly encountered in laboratory and industrial environments.
