Rinse tanks are generously sized to fully immerse larger parts up to 16" x 35". They are constructed from heavy-duty, 18-gauge coated steel with a tough powder coat paint finish, offering superior durability and chemical resistance. Floor-standing rinse tanks are supported on a sturdy stand elevating them to a height of 33" for convenient access whether standing or seated. The self-close cover is operated by a foot treadle, allowing a worker with both hands full to open it, and an adjustable-rate pneumatic cylinder prevents the cover from slamming shut immediately, enhancing safety. A 0.75" drain plug facilitates easy solvent replacement. Bench top rinse tanks are designed for placement on a workbench or counter for easy access and feature a lift-and-latch style cover equipped with a fusible link that melts at 165° F to close the cover automatically in case of fire. The bench top models also include a 0.75" drain plug for solvent replacement. Warranty information is provided with the product.
