Rinse tanks are designed to accommodate larger parts, allowing for complete immersion of items up to 16" x 35". The construction features heavy-duty 18-gauge coated steel, finished with a tough powder coat paint for enhanced durability and chemical resistance. The floor standing rinse tanks are elevated to a height of 33" for easy access, whether the user is standing or seated. The self-closing cover operates via a foot-treadle mechanism, enabling opening even when both hands are full. An adjustable-rate pneumatic cylinder ensures the cover closes slowly to prevent accidental slamming. Each tank includes a 0.75" drain plug for effortless solvent replacement. Additionally, the bench top rinse tanks are designed for convenient placement on workbenches or counters, featuring a lift-and-latch style cover with a fusible link that melts at 165°F to close the cover automatically in the event of a fire, along with the same 0.75" drain plug for easy solvent replacement.
