Constructed from sturdy 24-gauge coated steel, both the can and basket ensure durability in demanding environments. After the cleaning process, the basket can be conveniently positioned at the top of the tank, allowing for effective solvent drainage. The cover includes a self-closing mechanism and a fusible link that melts at 165° F, automatically snapping the cover shut in case of fire. For enhanced safety, wash tanks with a polyethylene liner provide exceptional chemical resistance, accommodating the harsh, corrosive chemicals typically found in labs and industrial settings. Liners are also designed for easy cleaning or replacement when necessary.
