Both the can and basket are constructed from sturdy 24-gauge coated steel, ensuring durability. Once cleaning is complete, the basket can be positioned at the top of the tank to facilitate solvent drainage. The cover features a self-closing mechanism and a fusible link that melts at 165° F, ensuring that the cover snaps shut in the event of a fire. The wash tanks with polyethylene liners provide exceptional chemical resistance, making them suitable for use with harsh, corrosive chemicals commonly encountered in labs and industrial settings. These liners are also designed for easy cleaning or replacement as needed.
