In addition to meeting EPA and NESAM, all are FM approved for fire safety and comply with OSHA requirements for closed container storage of flammables. Lids are made of steel with a chemically resistant powder paint finish, and they require only a screwdriver and wrench to install on a drum. Model No. 26753 provides enhanced safety while meeting NESAM standards. This self-latching, vented drum cover simplifies waste collection and containment efforts with a spring-loaded, rotary latch mechanism and a gasketed lid to control vapor release and VOC emissions. The cover automatically closes via gravity when released and then latches to prevent accidental openings, thereby eliminating the chance for oxygen to enter and ignite a fire. The kit includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
