This high-performance paint and ink safety storage cabinet provides safe storage for Class III combustible materials, ideal for printing, painting, furniture, and automotive operations. The wall-mount style features a shallow depth and includes mounting hardware, holding over 100 aerosol cans with multiple adjustable Spillslope™ shelves that catch incidental drips and adjust on 3" (77mm) centers to accommodate smaller paint cans, aerosols, and inks. Constructed with double-wall 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel and a 1-1/2" (38mm) insulating air space for fire resistance, it is finished with a tough, chemical-resistant, baked-on, lead-free powder paint. The cabinet includes easy-close, self-latching doors with a unique hidden closing mechanism that maximizes storage space and automatically closes on self-close models; fusible links hold the doors open and melt at 165°F (74°C) to shut doors during fire. Security features include a three-point stainless steel bullet latch with a double key set, a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective labeling. Safety features include a leaktight 2" (51mm) sump to contain spills and two 2" (51mm) vents with integral flame arresters. Leveling feet are included for balance on uneven surfaces. The cabinet is OSHA and NFPA compliant and backed by Justrite’s ten-year warranty.
