Safe storage for paints and inks is provided by this wall mount style high performance paint and ink safety storage cabinet designed to separate and identify Class III combustibles. The cabinet features multiple adjustable Spillslope™ shelves that catch incidental drips and adjust on 3" (77mm) centers to accommodate many smaller paint cans, aerosols, and inks commonly found in printing, painting, furniture, and automotive operations. It has a shallow depth for organized storage of aerosol cans and other small containers and includes mounting hardware, holding over 100 aerosol cans. Constructed with double-wall 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel and a 1-1/2" (38mm) insulating air space for fire resistance, it is finished in a tough, chemical-resistant, baked-on, lead-free powder paint. The cabinet has easy close, self-latching doors with a three-point stainless steel bullet latch and double key set for security, along with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle. A leaktight 2" (51mm) sump contains spills, and two 2" (51mm) vents with integral flame arresters are included. The cabinet features trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective labeling and leveling feet for balance on uneven surfaces. Its unique hidden closing mechanism maximizes storage space and closes doors automatically on self-close styles, while fusible links hold doors open and melt at 165°F (74°C) to close doors shut under fire conditions. This cabinet is OSHA and NFPA compliant and backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty. Some state and municipal regulations may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets; this model has manual closing doors, so local ordinances should be reviewed prior to purchase.
