The Start International TDA150 electronic heavy-duty tape dispenser automatically dispenses and cuts most types of tape up to 5-29/32" (150mm) wide, making it suitable for high-volume production lines and industrial applications such as paint masking, motor manufacturing, cutting protective coverings, and dispensing tensilized polypropylene. The dispenser features a guillotined cut that provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape, with a cut length tolerance of ±0.04" (1mm) depending on the material being cut. It includes a safety interlock to protect the operator from the cutting mechanism by preventing activation when objects are present. Key features include auto feed and cut capabilities, digital length adjustment with a range of 0.25" - 5-29/32" (6-150mm) in width and 1.6" - 394" (40-9999mm) in length, an outside roll diameter of up to 9" (228mm), and a 3" (76mm) core. It is constructed from heavy-duty metal and offers four modes of operation: manual feed and cut, manual feed/auto cut, auto feed and cut, and interval feed and cut.
