The Scilogex DM1424 hematocrit centrifuge, featuring the AC24P hematocrit rotor, operates at 110-120V and 50/60Hz, and is designed for the determination of volume fractions of erythrocytes in blood for diagnostic purposes and doping tests, as well as for the separation of micro blood and solutions. It serves effectively in the photometric determination of bilirubin content in neonate blood samples and can also be utilized for the extraction of DNA and RNA. The centrifuge complies with international safety standards and is certified with CE, CTUVUS, and FCC, passing the MCA test according to IEC/EN61010-2-20, including explosion-proof and bio-safe tests, and meeting EN61010-2-101:2002 requirements for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) medical equipment. Key features include precise control of speed and time separately, an intuitive menu for easy operation, CPU control for all operating parameters, adjustable RPM or G-force settings, a timer ranging from 30 seconds to 99 minutes or continuous running, gentle braking at low speeds, the ability to modify parameters post-speed setting, and quick spins via a pulse key.
