The Jenny® GT5B-80 is a robust 5 HP, two-stage compressor featuring an 80-gallon horizontal tank with a maximum pressure of 175 PSI and a free air delivery rate of 15.2 CFM, making it suitable for industrial and commercial applications. It is equipped with an industrial/commercial grade UL listed electric motor, along with a magnetic motor starter that includes thermal overload protection. The pressure vessels are ASME code and National Board certified and are manufactured in the USA. The compressor boasts durable powder-coated painted components, a heavy-duty cast iron two-stage compressor pump, and a four-cylinder pump designed for efficient pump-up and recovery. The unit is filled with Jenny Ultimate Blue synthetic compressor oil and includes a high visibility bubble style oil sight glass. Additional features include a high-speed dynamically balanced flywheel for extended pump life and smooth operation, a belt-driven compressor pump for enhanced cooling and startup ease, a finned intercooler, a special unloading valve to aid motor starting, a stainless steel braided discharge hose, a totally enclosed heavy-duty belt guard, and a directional air shroud that helps reduce pump temperatures. The tank gauge ensures ease of monitoring, and this reliable industrial design has been field-proven over many years in demanding applications and environments.
