The Wiremold 8801S-FC Omnibox series 1-gang floor box is a fire classified flush box designed to maintain the fire classification of fire-rated floors. This product is capable of preserving up to a two-hour fire rating for floors where it is installed. It has a box capacity of 53 cubic inches and features one 1 1/4" (32mm) conduit feed opening. Additionally, this floor box eliminates the need to install additional fireproofing to underfloor surfaces.
