Lotel™ Mesh-Ups concrete reinforcing chairs are designed specifically for #4 gauge wire, featuring a 3" mesh up and packaged in a quantity of 100 per box. These all-plastic reinforcement wire chairs do not require any tying and are intended for use with concrete slabs. They effectively return the reinforcement wire mesh to approximately its original position after exposure to loads typically encountered during the concrete placement process. The chairs offer flexible plastic support that elevates the wire mesh above the membrane before and during pouring, allowing for easy, quick, and secure snapping to the wire mesh. Their design promotes deflection and rebounding when the wire mesh is pressed down, helps resist sub-surface entry due to a large base ring, and reduces manpower requirements by eliminating the need for a "hook man." The chairs are specifically tailored for 4" to 6" slabs, ensuring effective reinforcement support.
