The Atlantic Blowers relief valve is designed to control or limit the amount of pressure in a blower system by allowing pressurized air to flow through an auxiliary passage out of the system. It can be set to open at a pre-determined set pressure to protect the blower from overheating and potential failure. When the set pressure is exceeded, the relief valve opens, providing an alternate route for a portion of the air, thereby acting as the "path of least resistance." This valve is suitable for both pressure and vacuum applications, making it versatile for various operational needs. It is compatible for use with models AB-200, AB-201, AB-302, AB-302/1, AB-402, and AB-402/1.
