The Genie® SI-DD38 Digital Disruptor is a versatile cell disruptor designed for 120V operation, featuring a patented multi-directional action that simultaneously agitates and vortexes samples at high speed, significantly enhancing cell disruption or sample resuspension efficiency. This unit can accommodate up to twelve 1.5ml or 2.0ml microtubes, whether they are snap-top or screw-cap types. It has digital control for both speed and time, complete with a speed alarm for precision operation. Additionally, it includes a pop-off cup (Part No. 146-3011-00) that easily attaches to function as a standard single-tube vortex mixer, and it comes with a magnetic platform for stability during use. Clip plates are sold separately.
