The Genie® SI-1200 Enviro-Genie benchtop refrigerated incubator operates at 120V and integrates a Peltier-driven temperature-controlled chamber, a magnetic rotating/rocking platform, and two stir cells into a compact unit. It features precise microprocessor controls that allow for easy adjustment of rotating (1-35 RPM), rocking (2-70 cycles per minute), and stirring speeds (1-2000 RPM), in addition to temperature and time settings. The magnetic platform is capable of accommodating a wide variety of containers, making it suitable for applications such as cell culture and hybridizations, while the stir cells are designed for use with vessels up to 1 liter. The incubator comes equipped with a magnetic platform, one clip plate each for 10-13 mm, 15-17 mm, and 28-30 mm tubes, four magnetic bag mounting strips, a non-skid tray, and a stackable wire rack. Optional accessories and expansion kits, including a 3-D orbital shaker attachment (Part No. SI-1250), are available to enhance sample versatility.
