The Skidsteer Lock is designed to secure the drive controls of various skid loaders, including specific models from Gehl, Mustang, ASV/Terex, and all Belle skid loaders, although some models may not have holes in the protective cage below the drive controls, which could affect installation. Caterpillar skid loaders with enclosed cabs may feature stationary glass or a square steel plate at the drive control level, while John Deere models with enclosed cabs may have inward-tilting doors, potentially limiting installation options. The skidsteer lock is not compatible with JCB Robot, Takeuchi, and Thomas skid loaders; only the E-Series skidsteer lock may be utilized with these models. The locks are finished with a powder coating and/or electroplating for durability and come with barrel-style keys, including two keys with each unit.
