The GT2701 Grease Interceptor by Zurn is a light commercial unit designed with an acid-resistant coated interior and exterior, fabricated from steel. This low type grease interceptor has a PDI rating of 20 GPM and a grease capacity of 40 lbs. It features an internal air relief by-pass, a bronze cleanout plug, and a visible double wall trap seal with a removable pressure equalizing/flow diffusing inlet baffle, along with a fixed bottom outlet baffle. The interceptor is equipped with a gasketed non-skid secured cover that includes a center tie down assembly and comes complete with an external flow control fitting. The unit is regularly furnished with low inlet and outlet.
