The GT2701 Grease Interceptor is a Zurn Light Commercial Acid Resistant Coated Interior and Exterior Fabricated Steel Low Type Grease Interceptor, PDI rated at 35 GPM and featuring a 70 lbs. grease capacity. It includes an internal air relief by-pass, a bronze cleanout plug, and a visible double wall trap seal with a removable pressure equalizing/flow diffusing inlet baffle. Additionally, the interceptor is equipped with a fixed bottom outlet baffle and a gasketed non-skid secured cover with a center tie down assembly, complete with an external flow control fitting. It is regularly furnished with low inlet and outlet options, ensuring effective performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
