This motor kit is designed for general purpose applications requiring 208-230 volt power and is available in a range of 1 HP to 50 HP in Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) configurations. An extensive line of 575 volt motors is also available, including general purpose TEFC and Open Drip Proof (ODP), washdown, severe duty, IEEE-841, explosion proof, and close-coupled pump designs, with various mounting configurations. Key features include heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. The motors come with a three-year warranty. They are suitable for applications requiring continuous or frequent duty, designed to conserve energy over extended periods, with Class F insulation and a 1.15 service factor. Furthermore, these motors are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2 and are suitable for variable torque applications as well as constant torque speed range with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
