Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors includes open drip-proof and TEFC construction available in both single and three phase configurations. The horsepower sizes range from 1/12 HP to 1500 HP. These motors are designed for general purpose applications such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. Key features include heavy duty frames, ball bearings, moisture resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant), copper windings, and low-loss electrical lamination grade steel. The motors come with a three-year warranty and are suitable for continuous or frequent duty operations. Additionally, Super-E motors are engineered to conserve energy over extended periods and are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2. They are also appropriate for variable torque applications and possess a 20:1 constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
