Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors features open drip-proof and TEFC construction, available in both single and three phase configurations, with horsepower sizes ranging from 1/12 HP to 1500 HP. These motors are designed for various applications, including compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. The motors are constructed with heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, equipped with ball bearings, and utilize ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings along with low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. They carry a three-year warranty and are suitable for operations requiring continuous or frequent duty. These Super-E motors are designed to conserve energy over extended periods, feature Class F insulation with a 1.15 service factor, and are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making them appropriate for variable torque applications and constant torque speed ranges when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
