The general purpose motor kit is designed for applications requiring 200 volt power, featuring motors that range from 1 HP to 50 HP in Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and from 1 HP to 100 HP in Open Drip Proof (ODP) configuration. Additionally, the kit includes a range of 575 volt motors available in various designs such as general purpose TEFC and ODP, washdown, severe duty, IEEE-841, explosion proof, and close-coupled pump, offering multiple mounting configurations. Key features of the motors include heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. The products come with a three-year warranty and are suited for applications requiring continuous or frequent duty, designed to conserve energy over extended periods. The motors are Class F insulated with a 1.15 service factor and are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2, making them suitable for variable torque applications as well as constant torque speed ranges when paired with appropriately sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
