The Baldor-Realiance 3-phase motor, model VEM2333T-5, features a power rating of 15 HP and operates at 1765 RPM, with a 254TC frame, C-face mount, and a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) design, suitable for 575 volts. It is designed for applications where continuous or frequent duty is required and includes heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. The motor is classified under Class F insulation with a 1.15 service factor and is inverter rated according to NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making it suitable for variable torque applications and a constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives. It comes with a three-year warranty. The motor is also available in a range of options, including general purpose TEFC and ODP, washdown, severe duty, IEEE-841, explosion proof, and close-coupled pump designs, with various mounting configurations.
