Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors is available in open drip-proof and TEFC construction in both single and three phase configurations, with horsepower sizes ranging from 1/12 HP through 1500 HP. These motors are designed for general purpose use and can be employed in various applications, including compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. Key features include heavy duty frames, ball bearings, moisture resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) technology, copper windings, and low-loss electrical lamination grade steel. The motors are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2 and suitable for variable torque applications, offering a 20:1 constant torque speed range with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives. They come with a three-year warranty, making them suitable for operations that require continuous or frequent duty, while Super-E motors are specifically designed to conserve energy over extended time periods.
