Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors includes open drip-proof and TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) constructions, available in both single and three-phase configurations, with horsepower sizes ranging from 1/12 HP to 1500 HP. These motors are designed for general purpose use and can be applied in various operations including compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. Key features include heavy-duty frames, ball bearings, moisture resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant), copper windings, and low-loss electrical lamination grade steel. The motors come with a three-year warranty and are particularly suited for applications requiring continuous or frequent duty. Additionally, Super-E motors are designed to conserve energy over extended time periods and are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making them suitable for variable torque applications and capable of a 20:1 constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
