The motor kit is designed for general purpose applications requiring operation on 208-230/460 volt power, with options ranging from 1 HP to 50 HP in a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. Additionally, there is an extensive line of 575 volt motors available in various configurations, including general purpose TEFC, Open Drip Proof (ODP), washdown, severe duty, IEEE-841, explosion proof, and close-coupled pump designs. The motors feature heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel, ensuring durability and performance. They are suitable for typical applications that require continuous or frequent duty and are engineered to conserve energy over extended periods. The motors have Class F insulation, a 1.15 service factor rating, and are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making them suitable for variable torque applications and constant torque speed ranges when used with appropriately sized and adjusted variable frequency drives. The motors come with a three-year warranty for added assurance.
