The motors feature an electrostatically applied epoxy finish, a paint-free design with major components made from 300 series stainless steel, as well as all stainless steel options. These motors are specifically designed for applications in food processing, packaging, and pharmaceuticals, or other environments where motors are frequently exposed to high-pressure wash down. Key features include compatibility with variable frequency drives, while meeting NEMA MG 1, part 31 standards. These motors are suitable for use in conveyors, pumps, and equipment in food processing and other severe environments requiring regular washing. The motors are also ideal for adjustable speed applications that do not require full torque at zero speed.
