Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors includes options in open drip-proof and TEFC construction, available in both single and three-phase configurations, with horsepower sizes ranging from 1/12 HP to 1500 HP. These motors are designed for general purpose use, suitable for applications such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, machine tools, and more. Key features of these motors include heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. Typical applications require continuous or frequent duty, and Super-E motors are specifically designed to conserve energy over extended periods. The motors have Class F insulation and a 1.15 service factor, are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2, and are suitable for variable torque applications and constant torque speed ranges when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives. The motors come with a three-year warranty.
