Baldor-Reiance's extensive line of general purpose motors features open drip-proof and TEFC construction in both single and three-phase configurations, with horsepower sizes available from stock ranging from 1/12 HP through 1500 HP. These motors are designed for general purpose use, making them suitable for applications such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. Key features include heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. The Super-E motors are specifically engineered to conserve energy over extended time periods and come with a three-year warranty. They are insulated to Class F standards and have a 1.15 service factor. Additionally, these motors are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making them suitable for variable torque applications and constant torque speed ranges with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
