Baldor-Reliance's extensive line of general purpose motors is available in open drip-proof and TEFC construction, accommodating both single and three-phase configurations. Horsepower sizes range from 1/12 HP to 1500 HP, designed for a variety of general-purpose applications including compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools. The motors feature heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, ball bearings, ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings, and low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. They come with a three-year warranty and are typically applied in operations requiring continuous or frequent duty. The Super-E motors are specifically designed to conserve energy over extended periods and are Class F insulated with a 1.15 service factor. Furthermore, they are inverter rated per NEMA MG1 Part 31.4.4.2 and are suitable for both variable torque applications and constant torque speed ranges when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
