Baldor-Realiance's washdown duty motors are available from stock in single and three phase AC and in DC designs, with horsepower options ranging from 1/2 to 20. These motors feature a totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) C-face with base sizes from 143TC to 254TC and are supplied with a 1024 line count encoder. Key attributes include a stainless steel shaft, Forsheda® running contact V-ring, and an epoxy coating. The motors also have a moisture sealant on bolt heads and between the frame and endplate, ISR® (inverter spike resistant) magnet wire, and are class H insulated. They comply with NEMA MG 1, part 31, making them suitable for applications in food processing, packaging, and pharmaceuticals, particularly in environments where motors are regularly exposed to high pressure wash down. These motors are designed for vector drive washdown applications, material handling, and packaging equipment in wet environments, capable of providing full torque from zero to base speed for adjustable speed applications.
