The Baldor-Realiance HVAC motor, EM2531T-CI, is a 3-phase, 25 HP motor designed for applications requiring reliable performance in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. It operates at 230/460 V with a speed of 1770 RPM and features an open design in a 284T frame. The motor is equipped with dynamically balanced rotors that minimize vibration and ensure quiet operation. It incorporates heavy-duty frames, ball bearings, moisture-resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) copper windings, and low-loss electrical lamination grade steel. This model is also inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making it suitable for variable torque applications with a 20:1 constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
